Out last night for an hour and a half or so. Still looking for some bigger bass. Dragging a football head, only ended up with 2 but they were 16 and 18.5". A step in the right direction!
Fox River, Appleton area
Hey everybody. Im new to the area relatively. I love catching catfish and I love eating them even more. So the Fox River is out of the question. I need a good honeyhole that I can shorefish from. My problem is Im disabled and I cant run through the jungle and crawl through the mud to get there. Any ideas? I wish I had a boat but thats not happeningvon a disability check lol. Im a true sportsman. I love the outdoirs and I have passed that love down to my 11 year old daughter. I am looking for guts to fish with. If you got a boat and are tired of fishing alone Im there lol. While I am disabled Im not a burden I promise. Im ready to fish just about anytime day or night.
Thanks for listening.
Hey guys Im getting ready to take my 11 year old daughter fishing tomorrow. We just plan on doing some shore fishing. Im disabled so theres not a lot of places I can get to. We have been goung to Sunset Park in Kimberly since we live close to there. Does anybody have a different suggestion. We will just be using crawlers. I like catching catfish but we both will be happy with whatever jumps on our hooks. We just enjoy the father-daughter time.
MOON PHASE (91%)
Found the smallies today. Floated over a bunch on beds, left them alone. Caught 9 on current seams downstream a ways. All of the fish caught today were very obviously post spawn. Good to see things getting back to normal spring patterns
MOON PHASE (85%)
Out Saturday afternoon in the kayak looking for smallies. Zero smallmouth, 11 walleyes where the bass should be. The bass have to be there but the walleyes were coming in pretty hot. All were that cookie cutter 14-16" size
