FISHING REPORT

Crappies are just starting plus a few gills. Only one perch so far. Bite has been the best towards evening till dark. Found a spot where the light is hanging more over the water and seems the crappies are hanging below there and chase ing minnows but the bite has been light. I was thinking alittle early yet.

Wisconsin Fishing Club: Why would you care if people eat fish from the Fox? They aren't feeding them to you. So the DNR says you shouldn't eat these fish. The Surgeon General says that smoking cigarettes is dangerous, yet 42.1 million Americans age 18+ still smoke... People are going to do what they want. So until they say you can't keep them, there's no room to criticize others.

The pike were hitting pretty good in the bay below telulah park....missed 1 caught 1. Then walked the shorline down the paved trail, missed one more down that path.

Sunday was a great day to be out!

What is the ice depth down by foremost? I drove by the area and checked it out. From a vehicle it didn't look like there would be any ice.

Yes and no. Park at the bottom side of the hill and follow the tracks in the snow and go threw the fence. Still biting there.

I used to fish down by the old Foremost plant. Is there still public access down there. I love pike fishing and looking for places closer to home to fish and bring the kids out. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Went under the college ave. bridge below the locks and getting a few pike and crappies. We were out the other day and pounded the crappies. Watch the ice. Follow my tracks. Park under the train bridge by the banta bowl
