Almost afraid to post this because I know a few guys will keep them b but the river is loaded with cigar eyes. Caught 36 of these little guys Sunday with one 15 inch keeper. Would've went home but the weather was gorgeous. The picture of the depth finder should explain location lol. Yes those are all eyes on bottom.

I believe it's a Mobile station that has the Subway shop right down town. They sell bait there.

Not a fishing report, at least not yet. Looking to bring my kids up for some fishing and I am looking for a local place to get some bait. Any suggestions?

The walleye are going fairly well between omro and the dam in eureka and the whitebass are loaded below omro to the lake. Small mouth are still on fire every where on the river and crappie are fair to good in any downed trees. Next week till gun hunting is go time! Here's a couple eyes from the two hours I was out this morning. Caught 8 kept 4

The smallies for the most part have been coming on any type of rocks the best presentation has been a shallow running crank with a wide wobble. I use the bomber type that run about 1 to 3 feet and a stop and go retrieve. If you are looking for size as opposed to numbers look for current breaks in 4 or 5 feet of water and put a tandem spinner on. Numbers can be found on any rocky shorelines casting as close to shore as possible letting your crank sit till the ripples are gone and just reel it as slow as possible. The eyes have been coming long lining number five flicker shads in anywhere from 4 to 9 feet of water. Early in the day and late in the day I look for shallow rock bars and weed lines next to channel drop offs. I prefer not using live bait this time of year because of all the goats. The white bass are what's surprising this year because there was no spring run at all and they are moving up two months earlier then a normal fall run. I am like most guys when white bass fishing watch for the minnows popping and 9 times outta 10 it's whites. Just to add good crappie are being caught in downed trees in about 6 to 8 feet of water. A lot of opportunity in the stretch of river that runs between butte and the dam. I live below omro and spend most of the time below there because the no wake sucks in town but twice a week I head up and the pattern is pretty much the same for everything river wide. Hope I answered most of the questions I received in p.m with this post and if any of you bass tournament guys need a partner let me know I am sure I can help you put together a money placing limit on most days.

Sorry it's been awhile. This has been a strange year on this stretch of Fox. Fishing for eyes has been ok. Lots of dinks with the occasional 16 to 20 inch. Small mouth fishing has been phenomenal. As well as cats. Was out yesterday morning and had a surprise the whites must of moved up after the rain on Friday. I wouldn't think they are going to stick around but with the east this year is going who knows.

was up in Winneconne from mon thru thur no one was getting anything but some small walleyes so went 2 omro park and not much happening there either only got 6 wb and 1 walleye.everyone I talked 2 said there wasn't a real run this year on the fox. so we wound up going 2 freemont but with the rain and the cold fish were hard to come by but we worked 4 them and wound up with 120 wb and 4 walleye all fish were caught on fly or spinner.goin 2 Oshkosh with the wife next weekend hopefully fishin is better cause she doesn't fish that much and I would love 2 get her on a school of wb the waythey fight she would have a blast. good fishin everyone!!

Whites are still hit or miss. I did fairly decent yesterday on eyes. Saturday was terrible for everything. Here's a few pics of eyes from yesterday. The big girl was 29... unfortunatly she didn't make it. Gill hooked.
