MOON PHASE (68%)
Waxing Gibbous
Good luck with that I’d just pay at Harbor and not have to worry about tearing up my equipment.

Trying to determine when I may give the Royce-Dallman Park launch another try. Back on May 25th, the NOAA lake level site showed about 10.1 feet and there were 3 picnic tables in the water to walk across to get to the pier. Would it make sense that if the water level continues to drop as expected, and the level is down to 10.1 later next week, that the level may look that same as back in late May?

This is assuming the pier is back in (if it was removed) and the picnic tables are placed back where they were in May.

Needless to say, the previously posted photos of the launch were very helpful (hint, hint).

Thanks

Anchor inn has the only pier in that you can reach without getting wet, during the week it’s 10$  but you will need to back your boat in so far you will need knee high boots, I only get one wet foot so it doesn’t bother me, Charlie’s bluff has no pier in and is a real challenge launching with a 5 year old, it blows my mind that you still need to pay to launch there as well! I pay 4500$ in property taxes in rock county and still have to pay to use a county park boat launch that doesn’t even have a pier in lol

MOON PHASE (31%)
Waxing Crescent

CONDITIONS
Partly Sunny

AIR TEMP
36° - 40° F

WATER TEMP
51° - 55° F

Fished a long day Sat started at 7am till 5 pm. In river along Blackhawk. Shorts and a lot of real short 5-6 inchers... Caught a lot of sheep head and they are masters at stealing bait off jigs. High water under bridge at launch and dock under water made launching/loading boat real real hard.. Large sharp rocks around launch area scratched boat bottom getting fishing buddy in/out of boat.. sucks.. wish they would fix the dock... or remove the rocks so we could beach the boat on shoreline. Sorry for all the negatives.. the weather was great :)

White Bass are fat and stacked outside the river mouth on the North end...Eyes have moved and are starting to transition into the river...The big girls seemingly are still in the lake or in locations in the river you can't fish unless you want to lose 400$ in jigs. Shouldn't be long now :). Was out today from 12-5:30 only 6 eyes 2 legals all back swimming. Oh and 23746 white bass. If your a whiteness guy feel free to PM me and I can give you exact speeds areas and baits for them.
