Please don't they will take over an already fragile ecosystem.  This lake used to be well managed and had a good species diversity and population structure, now not so much.  Adding a very aggressive sight feeder to the mix will be impact the remaining species negatively.

My $0.02.

Would love it if the DNR would consider sticking stripers in Redstone.  Great game fish, fun to catch and they reproduce naturally very well.

Does anyone know who to contact about discussing this idea to make it a reality?

I took Josh and Jim out Friday and we hooked this one on a Musky Madness spinner. It's the only one we encountered. But that's one in the boat. I spent the rest of my weekend taking people out on Castle Rock and the Wisconsin River. We got fish there as well. If anybody is interested in a trip get a hold of me 608-415-1231

Walley Master, you weren't on the North End launch, you were at the west end launch...the North End Launch is nice if you ignore that someone defecated in the urinal who knows how long ago and is still there, the ramp is so steep one can hardly load a boat....as far as section 11, there is a staging place, stop about 3/4's of the way down, get ready and go down, same with coming out....except you will be behind the other "fisherman" that drive around you and do what you said, get the boat ready at the launch...glad you at least caught some "medium" crappies, guess that means 8-9 inchers...

I 2nd your thoughts, walleye master. I will add that it's dissapointing to see the summer help ride around in thier little brown ford rangers giving tickets and sitting chatting while the bathrooms at north end and the beach at absolutely gross and unusable. How about a coat a paint or bleach or a hose down once a year? I know it doesnt get done because I planted a gum wrapper 5 years ago....guess what-still there!
