Has there been any quads out there yet ?

Slow start. Started keeping the perch. Pretty cold. Haven't done any hard fishing yet. Mostly checking ice and playing with equipment. We’ll get’r going serious tomorrow. Shout out Beaver Bait Shop. Great little place to pick up your bait. C’mon eyes!! I know there are a few waiting for these scooby snacks. 

Ok you have fishable ice. The one photo is of a guy out about 200 yards drilling holes. We went out and drilled a bunch of holes. I didn’t drill anywhere. That wasn’t at least 5 inches. I measured. I had up to 8 inches of ice. The spots out in front of the property were not open. They were just slick. There were 5 inches of ice there. I wish I brought my ATV! Tight lines boys.

Anyone know if ice is safe? bout a 45 min drive for me and wanna get up there tomorrow but don’t want to waste the time.

Thanks for the information about fish from shore by the tracks. Don’t forget need any tickets for trespassing. Can you get a boat in there and if so where would the closest boat launch be located. Thanks for any info.

The railroad tracks are on the northern side of the lake. I was told that the railroad was kicking fishermen out of the area.
I ​use the ​Navionics app to locate boat launches and lake contours. Its only $25 yr. Covers USA and Canada lakes

Can any fellow lake linkers give directions to get to the railroad track where people fish or post a location for gps
