Nice Job on the Musky WHR and great fishing report, nice job

Caught today around noon. Used musky net, never touched fish with my hand nor took out of water. Very low stress for the musky. Approximately 42" - 44" estimated,  very healthy fish. Caught on purple Mepps Giant Musky Killer near Fishermen's Landing. The fish is the star so no reason for me to be in the photo.

The MW chain usually starts their winter drawdown in early October.  The gradual drawdown runs 4-6 weeks in length.   

Under normal circumstances, it takes a week or more to see any impact on the TFF but this year, as dry as it is, I expect quite a lot of the water will "soak-in" to the wetlands along the MW River, and not have very much of an impact on TFF water levels. 

Pray for good fall rains !

That is the one. Guy bought the last Fat bastart from Donners and caught it. It was caught on Friday

Who caught this 51" musky yesterday? The concrete and orange floats reveal it was caught by the dam...or at least that's where the picture was taken.
