I run my tournaments this way. Its $10.00 a boat you can have as many people in your boat as long as its legal. This way families and friends can get to gather . I charge a $2.00 per person for big fish of the day. We start at 7am back to the landing at 11am. I weigh up to 5 fish per boat. No trash fish (carp, rock bass, white bass, cat fish) This tournament started in the 80s I have been running it for 14 years. I get between 10 to 15 boats . I can only have 19 boats total by law and I have been checked in the past. Everyone has a great time and you can learn allot. Some of the guys fish tournaments all over the state and some guys just starting out. WE fish Arrowhead,Camelot,Nepco. WI River, Sherwood. IF you are interested let me know. June 8 will be the first one.

FISHING REPORT

Went out and fished from about noon till dark. Fished the old creek channel in 2 different spots. Marked fish just about every hole. Fished 18 to 24 fow. Kept a few decent perch and also caught three huge white bass. I didn't even know they were in there. Also got a few small crappies. Lost a nice walleye in the low twenties at the bottom of the hole. I was watching trying to get the head started and my spoon hooked the edge of the ice. Minnow heads on moxie minnows, forage minnows, and jigging raps.

Conditions: Cloudy
Was on the lake this morning for a hour and a half I could see rain coming and wanted to get home before it started ( I just made it home ) . Water temp was 68 to 69. bluegills are starting to make beds along sandy areas. The bass were cruising the shallows and were very spooky. I did get two nice ones(CPR). Come on out Sunday for the tournament its a lot of fun and nice people too.
