I don’t blame any guide for not posting on here.  Way too many smart a$$es that don’t contribute anything and complain about everything.  Unfortunately Rob is one of the few that has innovative and conservation minded ideas that everyone could benefit from.

Nice job chasing away a good person from Lake Link.  You are probably the same people that complain that nobody posts fishing related "tips" anymore, yet are the same people that likely overharvest yourselves.  Don't ever complain that nobody posts good information.  Great job.

I have my own thoughts and reasons.  I will no longer post any comments, true fact, statements, etc on this site.  I've made two comments this winter and haven't gotten unwanted emails and phone calls from people, simply because they read at a 1st grade level and speak ghetto....or something.

I have a website....so if you would like to contact me

Rob, i’d be interested what you thought the creel limits should be.  I’d support a 10 fish limit on panfish with a 25 total but I don’t think it would be to popular with fishermen. You’re thoughts please.

Caught some nice crappie and two small walters. All CPR'd.

The days of filling a bucket of fish just because you can doesn't mean it's the right thing to do.

I got the stare down on LSG two years ago for keeping 15 male crappies in the spring. I was with my son and a friend of his. Ugh...

Back to fishing... Slip bobbers/minnows and small jig spoons for the crappie. Tips for the walleye.

Rob is one of the few guides that actually cares about the lakes and fishery in northern Wisconsin.  He was a proponent of releasing large gamefish before it was really pushed and has advocated for lower panfish limits for years  Too many guides and fisherman don’t have the forethought to consider how their actions affect the fishery.  No problem with keeping fish but too many ice fisherman are fish hogs and that can decimate a fishery.  Just look down the road at BAV.

2 of us Fished Friday from 9:30am - 2:30pm.  Strictly tip-ups and had 12 flags but only managed 3 smallies. All cpr. Did see a really well equipped group of about 10 guys camped over 2 spots but they were hard core and jumped around outside their tents. Creel surveyor said they been catching crappie and a few eyes. Don't Know how many days they were there. Said they're from Green Bay area. Who cares? With modern technology all of fishing is in danger of overfishing. Just enjoy the outdoors!!

So Rob you are complaining about the number of fish taken by fishermen?  Is that your lake?  And I would argue you take out more fish then anyone, by guiding and taking people to the "hot spots".  Sounds like sour grapes to me.
