Out on Cecil Bay today measured 13 inches of ice in every hole. Fishing was slow but got a few. Not many people out today.

West side has 8 inches of solid ice, with no issues accessing the lake.  We walked out, but there were larger atvs cruising all over the place.

There still is a lot of ice in Cecil bay. Just got off. Walked out about 400 yds. in 10' water. Lots of small fish again. In five trips here I've caught well over 200 fish and kept 7.
