Fished 7:30 pm till midnight. Caught two large walleye. 27.25" and 26.75". The 26.75" fish looked like he almost was a musky meal. Check out both sides of fish. There is a picture of each side. Used plain hooks and slip bobbers. This was open water fishing from shore. Missed two more fish. Next time.

we had to break ice where we were going to fish. used the boat as a ice plow. opened an area and fished jig & minnow. mike got the only fish boated. 26.75" very deep in the belly. good job mike. we had other bites. real soft and slow. any resistance there gone. maybe a lindy with a plain hook might do the job.
