Welcome to Minnesota,

I am hoping we don't buy another has been quarter back from Wisconsin. I have not looked at any on the Wisc. lakes on Lake Link but having grown up in Minnesota I find most people are afraid to say where they fish, thinking someone is going to catch millions of fish in what ever lake they are keeping secret. With the 14,300 acres of lake in Minnetonka, and about 20 different species, in about 35 different bays, I would guess a half a million to a million fish in each bay, it would take a lot of people fishing to put a dent in the fish population! I only keep and eat 1 meal of Crappie every year, but I catch and release more Sunfish Crappie Bass and Northern than I can count! If I am going to fish for Walleye I probably would just go Leech or Winni. But it's cheaper to go to Lund's or Jubilee and save $150.00 in gas. There is GREAT fishing in a lot of lakes around the Twin Cities, just pick a lake near by and get started. If your fishing for Walleye check out the lakes up north, in which case you might want to fish your old haunts in Wisc, It may be closer!    GOOD LUCK WHAT EVER YOU DO
