Well its a private lake so you first need to know someone who lives there that will let you in. Then they fish out from the beach on the south side, theres an old road bed that goes across. They fish by the dike and dam also for walleye. You can park at the launch the beaches and a few of the park areas. You should be able to tell were they've been fishing. I believe you need to buy there license and a few other rules, I haven't fished there in a few years but it can be hot.
Me and my buddy want to try to ice fish this lake on sunday . We were thinking to fish Lake Michigan for cohos or browns or to fish Lake Clinton for crappies but it looks like its too cold for open water fishing in the boat so we decided to try this lake. We never fished it so we need some info like where to start/ parking area, depth we shoud fish ? We are not looking for hot spot just want to stay safe and maybe catch something . Any info greatly appreciated. If any of you fellow angler want to meet us and fish with us you are more than welcome. Thank You.

Was out the last few days. Got gills and couple Crappie on Tuesday. There was lots of water on the ice that day.
Wednesday.... I was out with my dad and the day started out slow but after a move it was game on. We got nice mix of big gills and Crappie. Still big puddles on the lake but not as bad as Tuesday.
Went back out today with a buddy of mine to really target the Crappie. We both had our limits before 2. We had 43 big Crappie and 7 big Gills. Most crappie were over 11 inches and the gills were around 9 inches.
Ice condition was actually a little better this morning. All the water on the ice had refroze over night last night. The shorelines for the most part were fine as well. Seen two separate ATVs traveling on the ice as well.
I would think the ice should be fine for the next couple days. My only concern would be where old AUGER holes might have got a bit bigger.
As always stay alert and be safe.......F.P.

Was out on Wednesday and it was a steady bite of crappie, gills and perch. Kept crappie 10-12 inches and Gills 8.5 to 10 inches. Perch were all small.
My buddy pulled up a nice 17 inch Walleye right before dark.
Ice was at least 12 inches where we were fishing......F.P.
