Its usually pretty good, it just gets better with colder weather.
Sorry I haven't posted in a while. Yes we are still fishing and catching crappie in 6' to 14' foot of water on jigs or minnows around structure.
Lots of different ways to catch bass. I have been having the best luck with crank baits or jigs.
We are also catching channel catfish in 8 to 14 foot of water on triple S stink bait (used to be sonneys).
We have also been hoggin lots of big flatheads.
Not really a shore fishermen so I can't help too much in that, but I would try around the resort. There are some docks in there i see some guys having success around.
Yes they are still spawning up shallow.

Crappie bite has picked up. Fish are biting in the bushes but still not what it should be for this time of year but there are good fish to be caught you just have to work for them.
Been catching a few catfish in the bushes wile crappie fishing but that's about all I can tell you about them right now.

It's about the same. With cold front after cold front the water is still in the low 50's and the majority of fish are still deep. I've done best in 10' to 14' jigging.
